This course has two groups.
Workout M-F, rest Saturday and Sunday for 4-wks straight. No gym? No equipment? No problem. This fitness course was created to help you get closer to your fitness goal, from the comfort of your home. And Body by Vanity fitness routines can be done with little to no equipment.
This fitness course can benefit anyone who is looking to challenge themselves physically and mentally. The program includes a personalized fitness video, a detailed fitness routine for your fitness goal, stamina and endurance, a accountability partner and certified personal trainer. I will contact you everyday for fitness accountability and to motivate you to stick to your fitness plan, until we complete the 4-wk program. Because the plan is half of the goal.
One day after purchasing the fall fitness program, you will receive a questionnaire. This will allow us to get a better understanding of your fitness goal, stamina and endurance. And will help with customizing your fitness video. Thanks for joining!
