Body by Vanity 6 week remote fitness programs are designed to help you create discipline, build confidence, and increase your overall health, while you work towards your fitness goals and healthier lifestyle. During this program you will exercise 5 days a week. Whether you prefer to exercise at home or like to train at a gym Body by Vanity has a challenging but fun routine, that will have you making progress, seeing results, and will change the way you view health and fitness.
